Positions Available Within Our Locations Include:

Restaurant Team Member

Provide service that invites interaction with our guests by creating orders as requested and educating guests about our menu. Ensures that the restaurant is clean and inviting to guests at all times; lives the brand values and makes the brand thrive.

Restaurant Cook

Accountable for all aspects of food quality, cleanliness, labor costs, production, maintenance and service of the restaurant and outside events as applicable.

Delivery Driver

Provide service to our customers outside of our restaurants by delivering and setting up catering orders as requested. Ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time. Accountable for representing the brand in a professional manner and practicing proper food safety techniques.

Responsible for managing the overall operations of the restaurant. Uses discretion in daily management decisions with accountability for living the Brand values and helping the brand thrive. Focuses on developing a people and guest-centric culture that consistently delivers excellent guest service and food quality while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Assistant General Manager

Responsible for managing restaurant operations, in conjunction with or in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.  Uses discretion in daily management decisions with accountability for living the Brand values and helping the brand thrive.  Focuses on developing a people and guest-centric culture that consistently delivers excellent guest service and food quality while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

General Manager

Responsible for managing the overall operations of a Qdoba restaurant. Uses discretion in daily management decisions with accountability for living the Brand values and helping the brand thrive. Focuses on developing a people and guest-centric culture that consistently delivers excellent guest service and food quality while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
