At this time of uncertainty, we wanted to let you know that we at QDOBA Catering are committed to your health and safety and from preventing the further spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) in our own restaurants and in the community at large. We will continue to follow all recommendations made by public health officials and organizations and will also be taking additional preventative measures on top of our already strict health and sanitation procedures that are specific to our restaurants.
As part of our cleaning and sanitation protocols, we have instructed our catering drivers to pack extra sets of gloves in their catering order that must be worn at all times while setting up food. Drivers may arrive early in order to find a space to wash their hands before setting up your meal, which will help everyone stay safe when handling the food.
As many of you know we reuse our chafing racks to reduce waste, moving forward we will continue to ensure all racks are thoroughly cleaned & sanitized before reuse.
As the situation evolves, restaurants may implement additional preventative measures to ensure Guest and Team Member wellbeing. We want to continue to deliver on our promise to provide great food safety at all levels of the process. From the health and hygiene of our team members to cleaning and sanitation we will continue keeping everyone safe.
